The Strategic Planning Committee was formed to develop a five year strategic plan with measureable goals, activities and timeframes to lead the parish into the future.  The plan will be published here by March of 2011.  Primary goal areas include:
 

• Finance: Insure the financial viability of the church
• Communication: Enhance internal and external communications
• Christian Formation: Increase the participation of parishioners in ongoing Christian Formation sessions.
• Membership: Develop a recruitment, retention and reclamation plan to increase membership at Holy Rosary Catholic Church on an ongoing basis.
• Stewardship: Increase engagement of all parishioners to participate in stewardship of prayer, ministry and finance for Holy Rosary Catholic Church
